1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Laundre Maison services. By placing an order through our website, app or approved channels, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Services

Laundre Maison provides premium garment care services, including laundry, wet cleaning, ironing, dry cleaning where required, collection and delivery. Services are subject to availability and order acceptance.

3. Orders

Customers must provide accurate order details, address information, item descriptions and access instructions. We reserve the right to refuse, amend or cancel an order where necessary, including for safety, service availability, pricing error or unsuitable items.

4. Collection & Delivery

Collection and delivery time slots are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, access issues or operational circumstances. Customers must ensure someone is available or provide clear delivery instructions. Missed collections or deliveries may result in additional charges.

5. Garment Care

We handle items with professional care and attention. However, cleaning results depend on fabric condition, care labels, age, previous treatment and manufacturer quality. We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage, stains, tears, weakness or wear
  • Items without care labels or with incorrect care labels
  • Colour loss, shrinkage or bleeding caused by fabric sensitivity
  • Damage caused by items left in pockets
  • Buttons, zips, beads, sequins, trims or accessories that are already loose or fragile

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for checking all pockets, declaring delicate or high-value items, giving accurate instructions, and notifying us of stains, damage or special handling requirements before collection.

7. Pricing & Payment

Prices shown on the website or app are guide prices unless expressly confirmed. Final pricing may vary depending on item type, weight, stains, fabric, specialist treatment or additional handling. Payment must be completed before delivery unless otherwise agreed.

8. Liability

Any claim for damage, loss or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence. Where liability is accepted, compensation is limited to a maximum of five times the cleaning charge for the affected item and shall not exceed its reasonable market value, taking into account age, wear and proof of purchase.

9. Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to specialist cleaning, high order volumes, transport disruption or operational reasons.

10. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before collection without charge. Once items have been collected or cleaning has started, cancellation, refund or amendment is not guaranteed.

11. Prohibited Items

Customers must not include hazardous materials, illegal substances, sharp objects, contaminated items or items requiring specialist medical or biohazard handling unless expressly accepted in advance.

12. Promotions & Discounts

Promotional codes are subject to availability, expiry dates, one-time-use restrictions and fair usage rules. We may withdraw or amend promotions at any time.

13. Website & App Use

You must not misuse, interfere with, copy, reverse-engineer or attempt to disrupt the website, app or related systems.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
